Weight Loss

New patient appointment:
Your first appointment will include an initial visit with one of our medical providers. As well as patient specific weight loss plan and any prescription(s). Lab work may also be ordered at this time. Visit will also include a free body composition analysis.

Follow-up appointment:
This will include a visit with your medical provider, prescription(s), body composition analysis and review of your current plan. Follow up appointments are typically every 4 - 6 weeks depending on your specific plan and needs.

3 Month Weight Loss Package:
Includes Initial visit and two follow up visits. This is our most popular package. Gift cards available.

Couples/Family Appointment:
​
Getting healthy and losing weight can be easier and more sustainable with a partner. These visits will include all the aspects of a regular visit for each person, with the ability to combine your visit with our medical provider to help achieve common goals and save money.
MEDICATIONS:
​
We are able to utilize a variety of medications to help you meet your weight loss goals. Our most popular medications include: Semaglutide (Ozempic, Wegovy), Phentermine, Tenuate, Lipo-B (skinny shots), LDN (Low Dose Naltrexone) and more.

**Basic lab work may be recommended on initial weight loss visit. Not included but may be covered by insurance.

Testosterone Replacement

Male Hormone Replacement, Initial visit:
Includes initial appointment with our medical provider. Lab review and prescriptions.
Male Hormone Replacement, Follow-up:
Includes follow-up appointment with our medical provider. Lab review and prescriptions.

*Testosterone replacement can be combined with a weight loss visit if desired.

**Lab work required for testosterone are replacement visit. Not included but may be covered by insurance.
*** In office testosterone replacement via pellets or injections will be an additional cost depending on quantity/amount needed.

Telemedicine & Other Services

Telemedicine or telehealth:
Get the care you want in the comfort of your own home or office. Most of our services can be done over the phone or computer. When you schedule your appointment, let us know if you prefer this type of visit and we will get you everything you need to make the most out of your appointment.
* Any prescription(s) for controlled substances require an in office visit.
